The Chinese technology giant Vivo has brought the latest flagship smartphones Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro to its home market. Both smartphones feature MediaTek’s latest chipset, the Dimensity 9300, IP68 rating, upgraded camera sensors and more.

The Vivo X100 is priced at CNY 3,999 (approx. Rs. 45,675) for the 12GB + 256GB variant, CNY 4,299 (approx. Rs. 49,102) for the 16GB + 256GB model, CNY 4,599 (approx. Both Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro are available in Black, Orange, Blue and White. The Vivo X90 series is now available to order and will go on sale in China from November 21. Like its predecessors, Vivo’s X100 series is also expected to launch in India. However, the company has not made an official statement about its availability in India so far.

Vivo X100, Vivo X100 Pro Specifications

The Vivo X100 and X100 Pro feature a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, both models feature MediaTek’s latest flagship Dimensity 9300 chipset, which offers up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. Both devices run Android 14-based Origin OS 4.0 operating system. The Vivo X100 series also has IP68 dust and water resistance ratings.

For the camera, the vanilla Vivo X100 has a 50-megapixel main camera, a 64-megapixel periscope telephoto with 3X optical zoom, and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera. On the other hand, the X100 Pro has a 50-megapixel 1-inch custom main camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 50-megapixel Zeiss super telephoto camera with macro capabilities.

In addition, the pro model has Vivo’s patented V3 imaging chip, which offers 4K-level processing, cinema-level video skin tone protection. In the battery department, the X100 is supported by a large 5000 mAh battery with 120 W fast charging. Meanwhile, the Pro model has a slightly larger 5400mAh battery and 100W fast charging. In addition, the X100 Pro supports convenient 50 W wireless charging.
